  • Farrell Frankel, MS, RD, is a highly skilled and committed Registered Dietitian with a focus on sports nutrition and athlete performance. Farrell has 10 years of sports nutrition experience, working in these roles at the D1 College level:

    Penn State University: Assistant Director of Sports Nutrition

    West Virginia University: Director of Football Nutrition

    Boston College: Director of Football Nutrition

    Her unique background allows her to understand not only the dietary needs of the general population but also the specific requirements of athletes at all levels.

    In her private practice, Farrell provides virtual nutrition coaching to high school athletes, college athletes, current Olympians and athletes in the NFL, MLS, NBA and NHL.

    Farrell offers tailored nutrition plans designed to meet individual energy needs, optimize physical performance, and manage weight effectively.

    Farrell offers Nutrition Talks both virtually and in-person to high school, college and professional teams. On her social media platform, Fueled By Farrell, she provides nutrition education content and partners with various brands to promote effective and safe sports nutrition practices.
